Shopify Partners with BlackTies to Support the Global Black Community
We are pleased to announce that Shopify has engaged BlackTies to help advance its diversity and inclusion efforts within the Black community.
Shopify’s approach to diversity is centered on people, based on research, and creates an organization that reflects the world we live in. Its people reflect the world that it is building for.
Shopify believes in BlackTies mission to elevate and amplify Black talent from around the world. Through this new partnership, Shopify’s goal is to build greater awareness of non-engineering opportunities at Shopify and deepen its Black talent pipeline across all levels.
BlackTies was established on the simple premise that it advocates for positive change and creates a more diverse world that champions all Black communities, no matter their size or geographical location.
